We have a liberal returns policy; if you are not satisfied with your purchase you could return the product within 30 days of the Order Ship Date, No questions asked.
The product should be in original condition with its original packing with all the labels and tags.

Upon receipt of Return Request, we will authorize the eligible return requests and send you the details about where and how to send the return.
When we receive the product at our warehouse, we will inspect and process the replacement or refund within 7 business days from the date of receipt of return. The whole order amount will be refunded except associated shipping charges. For free or discounted shipping orders, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. No restocking fee is required.

We offer local pick up only on Cast Iron Radiators, you can place the order online and call at Adam (917) 881-9949 to coordinate pickup. We are open from Monday thru Friday, Saturdays are closed and Sundays are half days.

We will send you a confirmation email of your purchase, upon receipt of your order on our website. You can also print a copy of your order from the website after you submit the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order ships, including tracking information and tracking link. You can track your package(s) online either from Tracking Link received in the mail or by Logging in your account.
We try to ship your order as soon as possible, within 2-5 business days of order receipt. Our Business days are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm UTC, except major holidays. Standard delivery time for orders is 3-8 business days, depending upon the destination of your order.
